COMPATIBILITY CHECK LIST
In addition to the automatic device compatibility check above, the most important compatibility prerequisites are listed below.
HEARING AID STREAMING
Stream calls, music or videos from your smartphone directly to your Widex Moment / Widex Magnify hearing aids without the need for accessories.
Please note that streaming performance can vary based upon phone manufacturer / model.
Apple devices:
Widex hearing aids connect directly to your iPhone, iPad or iPod so that you can stream your phone calls and music directly into your hearing aids.
Check to see if your phone is compatibility to stream audio to Widex hearing aids.
Android devices:
With Widex devices it is now also possible to stream directly to Android devices via the ASHA (Audio Streaming for Hearing Aids) standard. Connectivity to Android ASHA - supported devices can vary between manufacturers and models.
ASHA-supported devices:
Hearing aid streaming is possible only on Moment and newer family on selected Android devices with the OS version 11.0 or higher. It is recommended for your device to be on the latest available operating system to get the best possible performance.

ALLURE APP
iPhones
The ALLURE hearing aids are compatible with iPhones running iOS version 17 or later and with Apple Watch running watchOS version 9.0 or later.
Android phones
Streaming audio on Android phones; ASHA
Streaming via ASHA is supported on Android devices running OS version 11 or later.
Not all Android devices support the ASHA protocol. See our compatibility list of tested ASHA enabled phones.
Streaming audio on Android phones; LE Audio
Streaming via LE Audio is supported on Android devices running OS version 14 or later. Compatible* phones include:
- Google Pixel: Models 7, 8, 9 and Pro
- Samsung S23 and later
- Samsung Flip / Fold 4 and later
* LE Audio is a new technology, and WIDEX cannot guarantee the quality of implementation by phone manufacturers.
MOMENT APP / MAGNIFY APP
Apple devices:
The Widex Moment app and the Widex Magnify app are compatible with all Apple devices with the iOS version 13.2 and higher and watchOS version 6.1 and higher.
Android devices:
The Widex Moment app and the Widex Magnify app are compatible with most Android devices with the OS version Android 7.0 and higher.
EVOKE APP
Apple devices:
The Widex Evoke app is compatible with all Apple devices with the iOS version 13.2 and higher and watchOS version 6.1 and higher.
Android devices:
The Widex Evoke app is compatible with most Android devices with the OS version Android 9.0 and higher.
BEYOND APP
Apple devices:
The Widex Beyond app is compatible with all Apple devices with the iOS version 10 and higher.
Android devices:
The Widex Beyond app is compatible with most Android devices with the OS version Android 6 and higher. As of May 2023 this Android app will be unavailable for new downloads.
TONELINK APP
Apple devices:
The Widex Tonelink app is compatible with Apple devices with the iOS version 11.0 and higher. Not compatible with Apple Watch.
Android devices:
The Widex Tonelink app is compatible with most Android devices with the OS version Android 6.0 and higher.
REMOTE CARE APP
Apple devices:
The Widex Remote Care app is compatible with all Apple devices with the iOS version 11.0 and higher. Not compatible with Apple Watch.
Android devices:
The Widex Remote Care app is compatible with most Android devices with the OS version Android 6.0 and higher.
NOTE
All app solutions and hearing aids are designed and tested with the above mentioned devices and operating systems.
