The hearing aid industry has long fought against distortion – the clipping sound that can come with high-volume sounds. With True Input Technology, the battle is nearly won.
True Input Technology increases headroom, the amount of volume users can hear through their hearing aids before clipping or distortion occurs. High headroom levels are important, especially when listening to music. If headroom is too low, louder parts of the song can distort and not be “cleaned” by the hearing aid’s processor.
